摘要
根据对某高校300名农林类研究生学术素养的调查,分析影响农林类研究生学术素养的因素,提出提升农林类研究生学术素养思路:一是加强学术道德、学术规范教育,提高自律意识;二是完善学术管理评价制度,引导研究生潜心学术研究;三是建设优良学风,优化学术环境,促进环境润育;四是加强导师培训,发挥导师育人作用。
Based on the investigations of 300 agriculture and forestry graduate students in a university,the factors influencing the academic literacy of agricultural and forestry graduate students were analyzed. The ideas of improving the academic literacy of agricultural and forestry graduate students are as follows： First,to strengthen academic morality,standardize academic education and improve self-discipline consciousness; Second,to perfect the evaluation system of academic management and guide graduate students to devote themselves to academic research; Third,to build a good style of study,optimize the academic environment and promote the environment; Fourth,to strengthen mentor training and play the role of mentor education.
