摘要
目的：探讨封闭式管理社区卫生服务中心对辖区内工业园区员工心理健康状况的影响。方法：纳入辖区内一大型封闭式管理企业的工作人员2746人,随机分为研究组和对照组,对研究组给予心理干预。分别以焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对干预的效果进行评价。并对焦虑抑郁的相关因素进行分析。结果：干预前,研究组和对照组之间焦虑评分、抑郁评分,焦虑发生率、抑郁发生率均无统计学差异。干预后,研究组焦虑评分、抑郁评分差值显著高于对照组人群（t=66.23,28.05;P〈0.001）,研究组干预后焦虑抑郁评分和焦虑抑郁发生率显著降低（person χ^2=78.97,45.52;P〈0.001）。进一步分析提示男性、未婚、受教育程度为大专以下以及收入不满意是焦虑抑郁发生的独立预测因子。结论：封闭式管理企业员工的心理健康状况堪忧,全科医生为主导的心理干预对促进企业员工的心理健康状况具有重要的实际价值。
Objective：To explore the influence of closed management community health service center on the mental health status of employees in industrial parks.Methods：A total of 2746 staff members of a large closed management enterprise in the district were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,and psychological intervention was given to the study group.Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Depression Scale（SDS）were used to evaluate the effect of intervention.The related factors of anxiety and depression were analyzed.Results：Before the intervention,the study and control groups＇ scores of anxiety,depression score,the incidence of anxiety,the incidence of depression had no statistically significant different（P〉0.05）.After the intervention,the study group of anxiety and depression score was significantly higher than that of control group（t=66.23,28.05,P〈0.001）,the study group of anxiety and depression scores and anxiety and depression were significantly lower than that of the control group（person χ^2=78.97,45.52,P〈0.001）.Further analysis showed that men,unmarried,educated,below college,and income dissatisfaction were independent predictors of anxiety and depression.Conclusion：The psychological health status of employees in closed management is poor,and the psychological intervention by general practitioners is of great practical value to promote the mental health status of employees.
