摘要
基于2018年“中国企业—劳动力调查”(CEES)数据,研究企业管理效率的提升对于员工健康的影响机制与影响效应。结果表明:企业管理效率的提升能同时改善员工的心理健康和生理健康水平。深入研究发现:企业管理效率通过影响员工工作满意度和员工健康管理来分别提升员工的心理健康和生理健康。异质性分析结果说明:企业管理效率提升能显著提高男性、高年龄员工以及非国有企业员工的健康水平,同时能显著影响工作年限更长员工的生理健康和工作年限短员工的心理健康。基于此,对企业改善员工健康提出政策启示。
Based on the 2018“China Employer-Employee Survey”(CEES)data,we research on the impact of the efficiency of enterprise management on employee health.The results shows that the management of enterprise could both improve the physical and mental health of employee.Furthermore,the improvement of mental health and physical health of employee are affected by employees' job satisfaction and employee health management respectively.Heterogeneity analysis shows that,comparing with the employee who are female,younger and state-owned enterprise,the health of those male,older and non-state-owned employees are affected by the improvement of enterprise management efficiency significantly.It could improve the physical health of employee who have longer length of work and the mental health of those who have shorter length of work in the meantime.In addition,this paper puts forward the policy enlightenment of improving the employee health.
