摘要
韩延华教授认为不育症虽以肾虚者为多,但兼夹肝郁者亦不少见。肝郁虽为单一病机,但易导致肾虚、脾虚、血瘀、湿热诸多病机相互交结,对不育症的发病具有重要影响。韩百灵先生所创百灵调肝汤原用于治疗肝气郁结不舒所致的不孕症,韩延华教授将其扩展应用于治疗肝郁型不育症,方证契合,亦获佳效。
Professor HAN Yanhua suggests that although most male infertility patients are kidney deficiency type,it＇s also common that the disease is concomitant with liver depression. Although the liver depression is a single pathogenesis,it can lead to the combination of kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,blood stasis and heat and humidity,which has important ulating Decoction created by Mr. HAN influence on the incidence of male infertility. The Bailing Liver-Reg- Bailing is originally used to treat the female infertility caused by liver qi stagnation. Professor HAN Yanhua has expanded its application to the treatment of male infertility of liver depression type. Because the prescription fits to the disease,it has obtained good effect.
