摘要
目的分析曼月乐联合宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉（EP）的临床效果。方法选取94例EP患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，各47例。对照组采取宫腔镜电切术与屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗，观察组采取宫腔镜电切术与曼月乐治疗。观察手术前后两组月经量、月经天数、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白（Hb）水平与复发率、不良反应发生情况等。结果观察组复发率、不良反应发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组术前月经失血图（PBAC）评分、月经天数、子宫内膜厚度、Hb水平比较，差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术后6、12个月观察组PBAC评分、月经天数、子宫内膜厚度低于对照组，Hb水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论曼月乐与宫腔镜电切术联合治疗EP效果确切且安全性良好，利于降低子宫内膜厚度和月经量，促进月经周期的稳定，术后复发率低，是治疗EP较为安全有效的方案。
Objective To analyze the the efficacy of mirena combined hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps （EP）. Methods Ninety-four cases of EP patients were selected as the research object, and the random number table was used to divide the 94 potrents into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. The control group were given hysteroseopie electric resection and dro- spirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets. The observation group adopted hysteroscopic electric resection and mirena treatment. The menstrual volume, number of menstrual days, thickness of the endometrium, the level of hemoglobin （Hb） and the recurrence rate, occurrence of adverse reactions before and after the operation of the two group were observed. Results The recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse re- actions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statis- tically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The preoperative menstrual bleeding map （ PBAC ） score, days of men- strual, endometrium thickness, Hb level of the two groups were compared, and the difference was not significant （P 〉 0. 05）. Six and twelve months after operation, the PBAC score, days of menstruation and endometrial thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the Hb level was higher than that in the control group, there were significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Mirena combined with TCRM in treatment of EP is effective and safe, and it is beneficial to reduce the thickness of the endometrium and the amount of menstruation, promote the stability of the menstrual cycle, which has lower postoperative recurrence rate, and it is safe and effective.
