宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法选定2016年4月~2018年3月本院收诊的88例子宫内膜息肉患者,分层随机法分为观察组44例(宫腔镜电切术)与对照组44例(传统刮宫手术),比较2组临床指标(术中出血量、手术时长)。结果治疗结束,观察组临床指标(术中出血量、手术时长)优于对照组且差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术可有效提高子宫内膜息肉患者预后质量,值得推广使用。
