摘要
针对200L稀土萃取槽混合室,利用计算机流体力学CFD软件FLUENT模拟3层搅拌桨在混合室内的搅拌过程,用示踪剂追踪法对液-液两相流的混合过程进行模拟计算,分析隔板式、V字式、管式3种前室结构对示踪剂扩散过程、混合时间及混合效率的影响。结果表明,管式结构在混合速率与混合效率上均优于隔板式、V字式结构。
For 200 L extraction tank mixed room, by FLUENT computational fluid dynamics simulation software CFD,mixing effect of three layer stirring paddle in the mixing chamber were simulated,and the mixing process was simulated calculation by a tracer for two phases flowing,the effects of partition type, V efficien type and tube type structure mixing chamber on diffusion process, mixing time and mixing ey were examined. The results show that mixing rate and mixing efficiency than the other the tube type structure mixing chamber is better for two kinds of structure mixing chamber.
