摘要 在高海拔地区,生物氧化预处理反应槽内温场易受周围环境影响,导致细菌繁殖缓慢,氧化效率低,浸出效率低。研究了增设25、50、75、100 mm厚保温层对槽内温场的影响及数值仿真。结果表明:增设保温层对槽内温场影响显著,保温层越厚保温效果越好,保温层每增加25 mm,槽内温度升高约0.4℃,同时可降低环境温度对槽内温场的影响。 In high-altitude areas,the temperature field in the reaction tank of biological oxidation pretreatment is easily affected by the surrounding environment,resulting in slow bacterial reproduction,low oxidation efficiency,and low gold leaching efficiency.The influence of adding 25,50,75 and 100 mm thick insulation layers on the temperature field in the tank and numerical simulation were studied.The results show that the addition of insulation layer has a significant effect on the temperature field in the tank.The thicker the insulation layer,the better the insulation effect.For every 25 mm increase in insulation layer,the temperature in the tank rises by about 0.4℃,and at the same time,the influence of ambient temperature on the temperature field in the tank can be reduced.
