摘要
聚苯乙烯反应过程中物料的换热速度及温度分布影响产品质量和生产效率,因此,反应器的设计与结构改进必须考虑物料搅拌过程中的换热速度和温度分布。利用计算流体力学软件对改进前的聚苯乙烯反应器和预实施的两个改造方案进行了流场和温度场分析。结果表明,槽内流体的流动较复杂,流体的温度分布受流场的影响较大。在3层搅拌桨的作用下,槽内流体能够充分混合,该搅拌器结构较合理,只需对换热系统进行改进。比较3种模型的温度场发现,第3种方案的装置内物料的换热速度较快,温度分布均匀,能较好地满足工艺要求。
The problems of heat exchanged speed and temperature distribution affected product quality and efficiency in the course of polystyrene reaction and those must be considered about reactor device and structure improvement. The velocity and temperature fields of in-service and other two models were analyzed by means of CFD soft. The temperature distributions of three models were compared. The results showed that the flow of fluid in tank was complex and temperature distribution affected by velocity field obviously. The material fluid could mix sufficiently in the tank by three mixing propeller and the blender's deign was reasonable. The system of heat exchange need improve on. The third plan was adaptive because of heat exchanged speed quickly and even temperature by comparing three plans. The third plan satisfied technology design.
