摘要
为研究浇次第二块铸坯对应的冷轧卷表面带状冶金缺陷偏高原因,对浇次第二块铸坯在冷轧生产过程中产品质量进行了跟踪,通过跟踪可以确认,带状冶金缺陷主要有两种形貌,分别对两种形貌缺陷进行取样,并采用扫描电镜和能谱分析,分析结果表明两种形貌的缺陷产生原因分别为氧化铝夹杂和结晶器保护渣卷渣导致。
In order to study the causes of the sliver defects of cold rolled sheet corresponding to the second slab of the first heat,the product quality was tracked at the cold rolling process. The results show that two kinds of sliver morphology can be observed. In addition,the SEM(scanning electron microscope)combined with EDS(energy dispersive spectrum)analysis show that these two kinds of defects were caused by aluminum clusters and the mould powder inclusions,respectively.
