摘要
生产硬颗粒饲料过程的水分调控涉及混合机处水分调控、调质过程水分调控、颗粒冷却过程水分调控,对于颗粒饲料的质量、动物的消化利用率、颗粒饲料生产效率和能耗等都有重要影响,是一项系统工程。文章就如何实现这一系统工程的关键技术进行综合论述,以期为相关企业和人员进行这类操作提供借鉴。
Moisture adjustment and control in the process of hard feed pellets relates to that operation in the mixer, conditioner and pellet cooler. Moisture adjustment and control has important influence on pellet quality, animal digestibility and utilization rate, feed production efficiency, power consumption etc., is a systematic engineering. This paper summarizes the key technologies in moisture adjustment and control, and aimed to serve as reference and guidance for the related feed plants and personnel.
