摘要
圆筒混料机是烧结工艺中的必备设备,随着烧结的大型化发展,混合设备直径要达到φ5.1m,设备的制造、安装、运输有很大难题,本文结合制造情况和存在的问题进行研究,通过研究制造与安装方法,为圆筒混料机的大型化提供了依据,并通过验证该方法技术先进、可靠,易于掌握。
The cylinder mix is the necessary equipment in firing process. With the development of large-scale firing, the diameter of mixing equipment should come up to φ5.1 m,which resulted in equipment manufacturing, installation, transportation is very difficult. This paper combines manufacturing situation and existing problems of research, Through the research of manufacturing and installation methods, it provides a basis for the large-scale mixing of cylinders, and the method is advanced, reliable and easy to master by test and verify.
