Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in primary varicose vein. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 80 patients with primary lower extremity varicose vein in Second Hospital of Jilin University were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing(basic nursing, preoperative preparation, discharge guidance, etc.), the observation group was given quality nursing(preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative quality nursing). The satisfaction time of postoperative symptom improvement and nursing degree of the two groups of patients were investigated to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention. Results The subcutaneous hematoma disappeared, the ulcer surface disappeared and the numbness of the calf in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.0% and 72.5% in the control group. The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention can be achieved in the treatment of primary lower extremity varicose veins during perioperative period, which can improve the therapeutic effect and improve the nursing satisfaction.
