摘要
目的 观察综合护理干预对下肢静脉曲张患者日常生活活动能力及并发症的影响.方法 选择商丘市第一人民医院2014年5月—2015年1月收治的50例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,均行下肢静脉微创泡沫硬化治疗,随机分为对照组25例,采用常规护理;观察组25例,实施综合护理干预.比较两组患者日常活动能力及并发症发生率.结果 观察组并发症发生率为24.0%,低于对照组的52.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者日常活动能力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 综合护理干预应用于下肢静脉曲张患者中可降低并发症的发生率,提高患者活动能力,促进患者康复.
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the activities of daily living of patients with varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods 50 patients with varicose vein of Shangqiu First People's Hospital from May 2014 to January 2015 as the object of study,underwent minimally invasive venous foam sclerotherapy,25 cases were randomly divided into control group,routine nursing;the observation group of 25 cases,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention.The daily activities of the two groups were compared and the incidence of complications was compared between the groups.Results the incidence of complications in the observation group was 24%,52%lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the daily activity of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient activity,and promote the rehabilitation of patients with varicose vein of lower extremity.
