下肢静脉曲张TriVex术后并发症的防治体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结静脉曲张微创刨吸术(TriVex)治疗下肢静脉曲张术后常见并发症的防治方法。方法241例(348条肢体)下肢静脉曲张患者,在硬膜外麻醉下,采用TriVex手术系统行静脉曲张微创刨吸术。结果患者术后住院3-14d,平均5.8d。术后40条肢体出现皮下血肿,4条小腿蜂窝组织炎,1条肢体深静脉血栓,随访2条肢体静脉曲张复发。结论TriVex术具有创伤小、治疗彻底、美容效果好、手术时间及住院时间短和恢复快等优点。正确的围手术期处理能降低术后并发症的发生率。
