摘要
锅炉水冷壁管管材的原始缺陷是导致水冷壁失效的一个重要因素。本文以两起水冷壁管内壁轧制缺陷引起的水冷壁爆管事故为例,通过宏观分析、金相组织观察、力学性能测试等方法对水冷壁爆管进行分析,确定其原因分别为在钢管轧制过程中产生直道和重皮缺陷,可为同类型缺陷预防提供参考。
The original defect of the water wall tube material of the boiler is a key factor caused leading to the failure of methods test and process by two pipe inner wall are employed such as the water wall. In rolling defects is macro-inspections, so on, the reasons are due to producing this paper, cases of water wall failure taken as an example, several analysis metallographic observation, mechanical straight and heavy skin defects in the of steel pipe rolling, which can provide a reference for the prevention of the same type of defects
