摘要
本文对ＳＧ４２０／１４０—Ｍ４１８型锅炉水冷壁爆管事故进行了综合分析，在金相试验和扫描电子显微分析爆管原因基础上，对蚀坑内水垢进行了化学分析，进一步找出了引起水冷壁爆管的根本原因，并提出了防治措施．
In this paper the cracks of water cooler pipes of SG 420/140-M418 Boiler were analysed more synthetic. On the basis of metallographic examination and SEM test, the water stains in corrosion pits were analysed chemically, and the basic causes leading to the crackig were found out further. Some suggestions were also presented to prevent from occuring the similar failure again.
