摘要
风险预后研究对于指导临床、防病治病具有重大意义。传统中医学"治未病"的概念为风险预后医学的形成及发展奠定了基础。中医学在此基础上结合现代医学研究成果,强调中西医结合,共同形成一个现代意义上的病证结合风险预后体系。基于传统医学对风险因素和预后因素的认识以及研究风险预后的方法,总结现代医学对风险预后各方面的发展。通过中医风险预后研究的古今对比,提出中医风险预后研究方向,即发挥在亚健康人群、慢性疾病、危重疾病中的作用以及构建中医病证结合模式下风险预后预测模型。以上研究可为中医"治未病"干预提供恰当的时机,并为中西医结合提供思路。
Risk prognosis research is of great significance for guiding clinic,preventing and treating diseases.The concept of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂in Chinese medicine lays a foundation for the formation and development of risk prognostic medicine. Based on this,combined with modern medicine research result,Chinese medicine emphasizes integration of traditional and western medicine to form a modern system of disease-syndrome combination risk prognosis. Based on the understanding of risk factors and prognostic factors in traditional medicine and the methods of studying risk prognosis,the authors summarize the various development of risk prognosis in modern medicine.By a comparison between ancient and modern risk prognosis studies in Chinese medicine,the authors put forward the study area of Chinese medicine risk prognosis,which includes playing an important role in sub-health population,chronic diseases and critical diseases,as well as constructing risk prognosis prediction model under the mode of Chinese medicine disease-syndrome combination. The above research may provide the right time for Chinese medicine＂preventive treatment of disease＂intervention and provide ideas for the integration of traditional and western medicine.
