摘要
目的了解我国中医传统功法治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的研究现状及热点。方法运用CiteSpace软件对CNKI收录的中医传统功法治疗KOA的相关文献的作者、研究机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入65篇文献,发文量最多的作者和研究机构分别是仲卫红(4篇)和福建中医药大学(13篇)。绘制了作者合作网络图谱、研究机构合作网络图谱、关键词共现网络图谱和关键词聚类的时间视图,共得到4个聚类。结论中医传统功法治疗KOA领域发展速度缓慢,存在作者与研究机构合作意识薄弱、研究类型单一、研究地域差异等不足。太极拳和八段锦是近十年比较热点的研究功法,主要集中于对KOA患者临床效果的观察,以及对疼痛改善效果的关注。
Objective To investigate the research status and hotspots of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in China.Methods CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the authors,research institutions and keywords of the literatures related to the treatment of KOA by TCM functional exercise included in CNKI.Results A total of 65 articles were included,and the authors and research institutions with the largest number of published articles were Zhong Weihong(4 articles)and Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(13 articles).The author collaboration network atlas,the research institution collaboration network atlas,the keyword co-occurrence network atlas and the time view of keyword clustering were drawn,and four clusters were obtained.Conclusion The development of TCM functional exercise in the treatment of KOA is slow,and there are some shortcomings,such as weak cooperation consciousness between authors and research institutions,single research type,and regional differences in research.Tai Chi and Ba Duan Jin are hot research methods in the past decade,which mainly focusing on the observation of clinical effects of KOA patients and the attention to the effect of pain improvement.
