摘要
Th17细胞是Th细胞亚群的新成员,其分化受到多种因子调节并存在多处自稳调节机制。中医体质学是在传统中医学的理论的指导下形成的,其阴阳生克、五行制化等基本理论与＂自稳＂调节机制异曲同工,现代研究也初步揭露了Th17与中医体质分类和调理的相关性。对Th17细胞分化自稳调节机制进行综述,并对其与中医体质相关性进行分析,以期对体质形成和调理的微观机制研究有所指导。
Th17 cell is new member of T helper subgroup and its differentiation is regulated by various factors and there exists several self-stabilizing regulating mechanism. The TCM constitution study is formed under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Its basic theory,such as Yingyang and Wuxing,is similar to the self-stabilizing regulating mechanism. Modern research also preliminarily revealed the correlation between Th17 and TCM constitution. In this paper,the mechanism of self-stabilizing regulation of Th17 cell differentiation is reviewed and it analyzes its correlation with TCM constitution in order to guide the microcosmic mechanism research of constutution.
