摘要
道家传统的诵读方法与现代心理学的冥想有很多相通之处。道家式诵读与冥想相结合,有助于完成道家式教育的现代转型。研究发现,道家式内观诵读可以视为一种内向聚焦式冥想,这种方法深化了冥想的体验,激发了学习兴趣。道家经典诵读与冥想结合对于小学国学课程而言是可行的,其教学要点既保留了中国文化特色,也可以与现代教育的基本原理充分印证与融合。
There are many similarities between Taoist traditional methods of readingand contemplation of modern psychology. This study, taking students at the third grade of a primary school students as the object, selected the Taoist classic "Lao Tzu" as the teaching content, combined with the theory of meditation, designed and implemented a 6-week Taoist introverted recitation course to explore how to combine the Taoist classic recitation and meditation. The study found that Taoist introspective reading can be considered as an introverted focus meditation. In this first experiment, about one third of the students deepened the experience of meditation and stimulated their interest in learning. The combination of Taoist classical recitation and meditation is feasible for Chinese national studies in primary schools. The teaching points of the class both retain the characteristics of Chinese culture and fully substantiate and integrate with the basic principles of modern education.
