结合3D打印技术案例式教学法在中医骨伤科教学中的应用 被引量:2

The Application of Case-teaching Method Combined with 3D Printing Technology in Teaching Orthopedic and Trauma of TCM

摘要 目的:通过对照研究,评价结合3D打印技术案例式教学法在中医骨伤科教学中的应用效果。方法:由同一授课老师在同一学期对两个不同班级进行中医骨伤科教学,实验班级80名学生采用结合3D打印技术案例式教学法,对照班级75名学生仅采用案例式教学法,在学期中通过包含理论及技能测试的综合考试及匿名问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果:结合3D打印技术案例式教学法班级在综合测试成绩和教学满意度方面均优于案例式教学法班级,差异有统计学意义。结论:结合3D打印技术案例式教学法可提升学生理论及临床成绩,且学生满意度高,值得进一步推广。 Purpose:To evaluate the application effect of case-teaching method combined with 3D printing technology in teaching orthopedicsand trauma of TCM by controlled study. Method: Two classes were taught the course of orthopedics and traumatology of TCM by the same teacher in the same semester. 80 students in the ex- perimental class were taught with the case-teaching method combined with 3D printing technology, while 75 studentshe in the control class were taught with the case-teaching method only. During the semester, compre- hensive examinations including theory and skills tests were conducted and anonymous questionnaires were dis- tributed for teaching effect evaluation. Results: The class taught with case-teaching method combined with 3D printing technology showed higher scores and better teaching satisfaction than the class taught with case- teaching method only. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Case-teaching method combined with 3D printing technology can improve students' theoritical scores and clinical performance, which obtain higher student satisfaction. It is worth further promotion.
