摘要
目的探讨电话随访对人工耳蜗植入术后患儿家庭语训执行力的影响。方法将出院的人工耳蜗植入术后患儿随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各100例,出院时两组均进行出院健康教育、家庭语训相关知识的简短培训,不同的是实验组出院后接受电话随访教育。对患儿出院1个月及电话随访1年后家庭语训执行力情况进行分析。结果出院1个月后对两组患儿进行家庭语训调查结果显示,对照组与实验组在按时开机调试率、能够与语训老师交流并制定康复计划、家属能够及时纠正患儿打手势交流习惯、能进行一对一的听说训练、在不配合及反映差的情况下不打骂孩子、引导分辨日常生活及自然环境中的各种声音并模仿这6项内容执行力方面差异均没有统计学差异(P>0.05);电话随访1年后结果显示,实验组各项内容执行力均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电话随访使人工耳蜗植入术后的患儿家属更加重视家庭语训的作用,有效提高了家庭语训的执行力。
Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up on the family language training performance in children after cochlear implantation. Methods The children after the implantation of the cochlear implant were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group.At discharge,two groups were given short training of health education and family language training related knowledge, and the experimental group received telephone follow-up education after discharge. The implementation of family language training was analyzed after 1 months of hospital discharge and 1 years of telephone follow-up.Results After 1 month of discharge,the survey of family language training in two groups of children showed: In the control group and the experimental group,the rate of on-time startup and debugging,the communication with language training teachers and the rehabilitation plan were made,and the family members could correct the habit of gesture communication in time,carried out one to one listening and speaking training,without beating or abusing children in the case of no cooperation and poor response,and guided to distinguish all kinds of voice and imitation in daily life and natural environment. There were no statistical difference in the implementation of the 6 contents( P〉 0. 05). After 1 year of telephone follow-up,the results showed that the performance of the test group was better than that of the control group( P〈0.01).Conclusions Telephone followup treatment can make the family members of the children with cochlear implantation pay more attention to the role of family language training,which effectively improves the executive ability of the family language training.
