摘要
建立一种高效液相色谱法同时检测饮料产品中的5种常见色素的方法。方法采用waters OASIS WAX 3 mg/150 mL固相萃取柱净化,Waters sunfire C-18色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)进行分离,0.02 mol/mL乙酸铵与乙腈体系洗脱,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量分析。结果表明,5种色素浓度在0.5~50μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数均不低于0.999;检测限:苋菜红:0.08μg/g、胭脂红:0.09μg/g、日落黄:0.07μg/g、诱惑红:0.10μg/g、碱性橙21:0.15μg/g;样品加标回收率均在90%~110%之间;精密度和重复性的相对标准偏差(RSD)均在5.0%以内。该方法具有操作简单、准确度高、灵敏度高等优点。
A method for determination of 5 common colorants in beverages by SPE-RP-HPLC method was established. Samples were purified by waters OASIS WAX (3 mg/150 mL) SPE column. The analysis was performed on Waters sunfire C-I 8 column (4.6×250 mm, 5 μm), 0.02 mol/mL ammonium acetate solution and acetonitrile systern was selected as elution, and UV detector was used to test samples, external standard method for quantitative analysis. The results of 5 common colorants showed good linear correlations in the concentration between 0.5-50 μg/mL; the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999; Detection limits were as follows: amaranth 0.08 μg/g, carmine 0.09 μg/g, sunset yellow 0.07 μg/g, allure red 0.10/ag/g, Basic Orange 21 0.15 μg/g; The recoveries for samples were: 90 %-110 %; the precision and repeatability were≤ 5.0 % (n=6), The method was proved to be simple, accurate and sensitive.
