摘要
本文从行业异质性视角研究创新对工业行业出口中本土市场效应的调节作用。运用中国经济普查资料构建工业行业面板数据,并从行业研发、新产品开发、技术购买与引进三个角度测度行业创新程度,本文对本土市场效应的存在性及创新对本土市场效应的调节作用进行实证检验。研究结果表明:中国工业行业出口中本土市场效应显著,行业创新对本土市场效应产生显著的增强作用;自主研发的增强作用在逐年减弱,而购买国内技术的增强作用则在逐年加强。在经济发展的新形势下,本文研究结论为促进本土市场效应更大程度地发挥提供了有效路径,而且对贸易政策、产业政策以及消费政策的制定均有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper investigates the moderating role of innovation in the home market effect of Chinese industrial sectors from the perspective of industrial heterogeneity. Using the panel dataset of industrial sectors from China's economic census, and measuring industrial innovations in terms of R&D, new prod- uct development, and purchase and import of technologies, the paper examines the existence of the home market effect and the moderating role of innovation. It finds that there is a strong home market effect in the export of Chinese industrial sectors, and industrial innovations have a significant reinforcing impact on the home market effect. Furthermore, it also finds that the reinforcing impact of the independent R&D decreases while that of the purchase of domestic technologies increases over time. The findings shed light on the effective promotion of the home market effect and the formulations of trade, industrial, and consumption policies under the new economic conditions.
