输送机中间架智能语音交互设计型专家系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对有限元分析过程的建模复杂的问题,提出一种智能语音交互的参数化有限元专家系统。通过对有限元分析过程的参数化、智能语音交互和知识重用的研究,描述了专家系统的功能和流程。将语音识别技术、专家系统技术、参数化设计与有限元分析相结合,通过人机语音对话实现定性设计和定量设计结合,并研究了有限元分析自动调整参数。研究了专家系统开发过程中的关键技术,主要涉及到方言智能语音交互的实现方法和基于案例的推理的参数化设计方法,并提出了改进的CLIPS和VC++交互方法。以带式输送机中间架结构分析为例,给出构建智能语音交互有限元专家系统的实现方法。有限元仿真结果表明,该方法减轻了有限元分析的工作量,提高了工作效率。 To deal with the problem of complex modeling for FEA process,the parameterized FEA expert system based on intelligent voice interaction is developed. According to the research on parameterization,intelligent voice interaction and reuse,function and flow of expert system are studied. Through voice recognition,expert system and parameterized FEA,qualitative design and quantitative design are combined. Parameters are adjusted automatically in the FEA process. The key technologies of expert system is studied, refer to implementation methods of intelligent voice interaction and parameterization design based on case-based reasoning. Then we discuss the improved interoperation technology of VC+ +and CLIPS,and propose a method of improved interoperation technology. An example of structure analysis of middle frame of belt conveyor is given,and implementation method of the parameterized FEA expert system based on intelligent voice interaction is developed. The results show that the software lightens work strength and raises working efficiency.
