摘要
针对传统的预拉-弯曲-补拉(P-M-P)有限元建模方法在型材拉弯成形过程中应用的局限性,提出了一种基于连接器单元的型材拉弯成形参数化建模方法,实现了型材拉弯贴模过程中的边弯边拉模拟。该有限元模型中只需定义型材的伸长量,无需对成形过程中的夹钳轨迹进行计算,简化了仿真计算流程。以轨道交通车辆车顶弯梁作为研究对象,采用有限元模拟和试验方式获取了成形后工件的成形缺陷。对比表明,所提出的参数化有限元模型仿真结果和试验数据更为接近。
Aiming at the limitations of the P-M-P finite element(FE) modeling method in the stretch bending process,a parametric modeling method based on the connectors is proposed,which could realize the synchronous stretching and bending in FE simulation. This method only needs to define the elongation without the calculation of the jaw trajectory,thus simplifies the FE modeling procedure. By taking the roof bending beam as the research object,a FE simulation and experiment is carried out to obtain the forming defects. A comparison shows that,the data obtained by the parametric FE model in this paper is closer to the experimental data.
