摘要
对冷轧780Y高强度钢板进行二次点焊工艺试验,测试分析了单次点焊接头和二次点焊接头的宏观形貌、显微组织和拉剪性能。结果表明:二次点焊接头的成形优良,压痕深度适中,压痕边缘平滑过渡,焊接时几乎无飞溅、过烧现象。在二次点焊的热输入相近甚至低于单次点焊的情况下,获得的二次点焊接头的拉剪强度等于或略大于单次点焊接头,能够满足性能要求。
The two spot welding process tests of cold rolled 780 Y high strength steel plate were carried out, and the macroscopic morpholgies, microstructure and tensile shear properties of the single spot welded joint and two spot welded joint were tested and analyzed. The results show that the forming of the two spot welded joint is good, the indentation depth is moderate, the indentation edge is smooth, and it almost has no splash and overburing phenomenon during the welding. When the heat input of the two spot welding is close to or even lower than that of the single spot welding, the tensile shear strength of the two spot welded joint is equal to or slightly higher than that of the single spot welded joint, which can fulfill the properities requirement.
