深海用X70高强度厚壁管线钢及焊管的开发 被引量:6

摘要 为了保证深海油气管线钢管的可靠运行,针对深海用管线钢及钢管性能的要求,通过采用低C、Nb、Ti微合金化和复合添加Ni、Mo等合金元素的成分设计和合理的管线钢热机械控制工艺(TMCP),开发出具有高强度、强低温韧性及良好焊接性能的X70钢级壁厚40.5 mm高强度深海用管线钢和小径厚比(D/t)的Φ762 mm×40.5 mm管线钢管。试验检测结果表明,钢管的强度、韧性、硬度等性能满足相关技术指标要求,具有良好的塑性变形能力和低温韧性。 In order to ensure the reliability service of deep-sea oil and gas pipeline steel pipe,aiming at the requirement of deep-sea pipeline performance,the X70 grade wall thickness 40.5 mm high strength deep-sea pipeline steel with high strength,strong toughness at low temperature and good welding performance was developed through composition design with low C,Nb,Ti micro alloying and composite additions of Ni,Mo and other alloy elements and pipeline steel reasonable thermal mechanical control process(TMCP).The X70 grade Φ762 mm×40.5 mm deep sea pipeline steel pipe with high strength,large wall thickness and small diameter to thickness ratio(D/t) was developed.The test results show that the strength,toughness and hardness of the test steel pipe meet the relevant technical requirements,and had good plastic deformation ability and low temperature toughness.
