摘要
随着陆地油气产量逐年递减,世界海洋油气探明储量逐年增加,海洋油气产量将会稳步上升成为世界油气产量增长的源泉。未来几年,随着深海投资的不断加大,深海油气所占的比重也会越来越大。在深海油气产区,巴西、西非和美国墨西哥湾仍将占据主要的地位。根据近几年的勘探成果,亚太地区可能成为世界海洋油气工业的新引擎。从我国海洋石油平台现状、海洋石油平台仪表和控制系统、海洋石油平台仪表控制系统的发展等方面,介绍了我国海洋石油控制系统的现状与发展。
With the decrease of land oil and gas production and the increase of proven reserves of marine oil and gas re-sources in the world,offshore oil and gas production will rise steadily and become the source of the oil and gas production growth in the world. Due to the great charm of the deep sea,investmentsin the deep sea will continue to increase in the next few years,and the proportion of deep sea oil and gas will also increase. Brazil,West Africa and the Gulf of Mexicowill remain dominant in the deep sea area. According to the exploration results in recent years,the Asia Pacific region may become the engine of the world’s marine oil and gas industry. This article introduces the status and development of China’s offshore oil control system from the aspects of China offshore oil platform,offshore oil platform instrument and instrument control system,and offshore platform control system development.
