摘要
介绍了深海用直缝输气管线管的研发过程。在优化设计管线钢化学成分和生产工艺的基础上,通过焊接和成型工艺试验研究,采用自主研发的MK65HGX-Ⅲ埋弧焊丝与高碱度烧结焊剂SJ102G匹配进行内、外焊均为四丝的单层焊,成功生产出约5.2万t的SMYS 450F/X65MO钢级Φ558.8 mm(22 in)厚壁深海用直缝输气管线管。试验检测表明:该管线管在理化性能、几何尺寸、外观质量上均完全符合DNV-OS-F101∶2007规范和用户的要求。
Elaborated in the paper are the R & D activities of the straight welded linepipe as to be used for the deep ocean gas pipeline project. The chemical composition and manufacturing process of the steel for the said linepipe are optimized. And based on the optimization result, the welding process and forming processfor the pipes are conducted. And thanks to using of the four wire mono-layer welding process for pipe inner and outer welding with MK65HGX-Ⅲ SAW welding wire as developed by the company himself and the SJ 102G hi-basicity weld agent, 52, 000 tons of Ф558.8 mm(22 in)SMYS 450F/X65MO SAWL straight welded linepipes for deep ocean gas pipelines is successfully produced. Relevant tests as conducted to the linepipes show that they are all in compliance with DNV-OS-F10 1:2007 and the customer specified requirements in terms of physicochemical properties, geometric dimensions and appearance quality, etc.
