摘要
目的观察紫杉醇联合卡培他滨化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年6月期间收治的90例晚期乳腺癌患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各45例。对照组实施常规化疗治疗,研究组采用紫杉醇联合卡培他滨化疗治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果两组患者的客观缓解率和疾病控制率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为20.00%,明显低于对照组的44.44%(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合卡培他滨化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的治疗效果与常规化疗相当,可明显降低紫杉醇和卡培他滨化疗药物引发的不良反应发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the curative effect of paclitaxel combined with capecitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods 90 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional chemotherapy, while the study group received paclitaxel combined with capecitabine chemotherapy. The treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the objective remission rate and disease control rate between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 20.00%, significantly lower than 44.44% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Paclitaxel combined with capecitabine chemotherapy has equivalent treatment effect to conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer, can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by paclitaxel and capecitabine chemotherapy, which is of higher clinical application value.
