摘要
目的探究针对晚期乳腺癌患者的耐药性临床上给予不同药物联合治疗分析其效果。方法本次探究按照随机简单分组的方式进行,随机采用医院2017年9月—2020年1月的68例发生耐药性的晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其分为等分为试验组和对照组,每组34例患者。两组分别实施吉西他滨治疗,结合卡培他滨、顺铂治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗效果比较,试验组明显优于对照组。临床症状、Ki-67阳性表达率改善程度优于对照组,试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论根据晚期乳腺癌患者的耐药性特点,给予其不同药物联合治疗,效果优于常规治疗,临床上利用率高,缩短治疗过程,对临床用药创新影响重大。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of different drugs in the treatment of drug-resistant advanced breast cancer.Methods 68 patients with drug-resistant advanced breast cancer from September 2017 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group,34 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with gemcitabine,combined with capecitabine or cisplatin respectively,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the treatment effects between the two groups,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The degree of improvement of clinical symptoms and physical indicators was better than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion According to the characteristics of drug resistance of patients with advanced breast cancer,combined treatment with different drugs is more effective than conventional treatment,with high clinical utilization,shortening the treatment process,and having a significant impact on clinical drug innovation.
