摘要
目的探讨在晚期乳腺癌患者中应用含铂方案的的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的三阴性晚期乳腺癌患者60例,经双盲法分为两组,每组各30例。试验组采用含铂方案治疗,对照组采用不含铂方案治疗,比较两组的治疗效果与无进展生存时间。结果试验组治疗效果明显高于对照组,无进展生存时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在三阴性晚期乳腺癌患者的临床治疗中,通过应用含铂方案治疗可获得更好的治疗效果,在一定程度上延长生存期,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of platinum-containing regimens in patients with triplenegative advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with triple-negative advanced breast cancer in our hospital admitted were divided into experimental group and reference group by double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group;the experimental group treated with platinum-containing regimensand the reference group treated with platinum-free regimens,the treatment effects and progression-free survival time in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the progression-free survival time in the experimental group was longer than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion It has a better treatment effects by applying platinum-containing regimens to treat patients with triple-negative advanced breast cancer,which prolongs survival to some extent and is worth promoting.
