摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合妇科千金胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月—2017年1月鞍钢集团公司总医院收治的卵巢囊肿患者86例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例。对照组口服妇科千金胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服桂枝茯苓丸,9丸/次,2次/d。两组均连续治疗3个月。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的性激素水平、中医症状评分和卵巢囊肿体积。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为72.09%、90.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显升高,抗苗勒试管激素(AMH)和雌二醇(E_2)水平明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症状评分和卵巢囊肿体积均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合妇科千金胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿具有较好的临床疗效,能改善患者卵巢功能,调节性激素水平,具有一定临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsules in treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods Patients（86 cases） with ovarian cyst in Ansteel Group Hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Fuke Qianjin Capsules, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guizhi Fuling Pills on the basis of the control group, 9 pills/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and sex hormone level, TCM symptom score and ovarian cyst volume in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.09% and 90.70%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of AMH and E2 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, TCM symptom score and ovarian cyst volume in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of ovarian cyst, can improve ovarian function, and regulate sex hormone level, which has a certain clinical application value.
