摘要
将油田钻井、修井常用的单闸板防喷器引入到煤矿井下探放水钻孔施工中,经过对防喷器壳体、联接方式、闸板等部件的多次改进与优化,研制出适用于煤矿探放水钻孔施工的SFZ110-14型手动闸板防喷器,其重量仅有65 kg。通过试验,其结构能够满足煤矿井下探放水钻孔安全施工的需要。
Will oilfield drilling and workover commonly used single ram blowout preventer is introduced into the coal mine drain construction,drilling through,connection mode ,and ram blowout preventer shell parts improvement and optimization for many times,developed the applicable to coal mine drain hole construction SFZ110-14 type manual ram blowout preventer,its weight is only 65 kg. Through the experiment ,its structure can meet the need of underground water drilling safety construction.
