摘要
目的利用信息技术,改善住院患者口服用药安全。方法介绍信息技术在住院患者口服用药安全中的应用,主要从开发合理用药系统功能、维护住院患者HIS系统中口服药用法用量、维护自动药品分包机软件中的药品数据、医嘱识别采用二维码管理等方面进行了改进和完善。结果随着信息技术在住院患者口服用药安全的使用,医嘱缺陷率、身份识别缺陷率、漏服率均得到有效降低,给药错误发生情况改善前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论信息技术能改善住院患者口服用药安全性,提高医院药事管理工作效率。
Objective To improve oral medication safety in inpatients with information technology. Method This paper introduced the application of information technology in the oral medication safety of inpatients, mainly including achieving improvement in developing the function of rational medication system, maintaining the dosage of oral drug in the inpatient HIS system, maintaining the drug data in the automatic drug subcontractor software, identifying medical advice with QR code. Results After information technology was applied to improve oral medication safety in inpatients, the rate of wrong medical advice, rate of wrong patient identification, and rate of missed administration decreased effectively, and the difference of administration mistakes before and after the intervention showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Information technology can improve the safety of oral medication for hospitalized patients and improve the efficiency of hospital drug administration.
