摘要
目的探讨基于“德尔菲法”的药学服务对经皮冠状动脉介入术术后患者离院后的效果。方法进行三轮德尔菲专家函询,制定用药教育标准化指标。向92例患者传播用药教育资源,比较用药教育前后冠心病、二级预防药物掌握程度、用药依从性。评估患者生存质量、进行满意度调查。结果经过专家函询,形成3个一级指标,29个二级指标。用药教育后,再入院率为1.09%。对冠心病、二级预防药物知识掌握程度、依从性显著提高(P<0.05)。西雅图心绞痛量表提示,患者的五个维度明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。对用药辅导方式、内容满意率为97.83%、100%。结论临床药师对出院患者进行用药干预,显著提高患者对疾病、药物掌握度、依从性、生存质量,患者对用药教育具有较高的满意度。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical services based on“Delphi method”on patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)after discharge.METHODS Three rounds of Delphi expert correspondence were conducted by the team members to formulate the standardized indicators of medication education.To disseminate medication education resources to 92 patients,and compare the mastery of coronary heart disease,secondary preventive drugs and medication compliance before and after medication education.Evaluate patients′quality of life and investigate their satisfaction.RESULTS After three rounds of expert consultation,three primary indicators and 29 secondary indicators were formed.After 6 months of medication education,the readmission rate was 1.09%.The knowledge and compliance of coronary heart disease and secondary preventive drugs were significantly improved(P<0.05).Seattle angina pectoris scale showed that the five dimensions of patients were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medication counseling methods and contents was 97.83%,100%.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists′medication intervention for discharged patients after PCI can significantly improve patients′mastery,compliance and quality of life of coronary heart disease and secondary preventive drugs,and patients have high satisfaction with medication education.
