摘要
通过构建与设计人员学习能力有关的信息交流时间间隔函数,以及与交流能力有关的信息依赖度函数,得出了并行产品开发中与设计人员学习与交流能力有关的上游设计活动执行时间和信息交流次数的数学模型.运用该数学模型,对上游设计活动的执行时间、信息交流次数与总成本进行了估算,并通过实例进行了验证分析.研究结果对并行产品开发中缩短产品开发时间,降低产品开发成本提供了一定的理论参考.
The mathematical models of upstream design activity execution time and information communica- tion times that are related to the designers' learning ability and information communication ability in concur- rent product development are obtained by establishing the information communication time interval function relating to the designers' learning ability and the information dependent degree function relating to designers' information communication ability. The two mathematical models are applied to estimate the execution time, the information communication times and the total cost of the upstream design activity. An example analysis is given to verify the results. The study results provide a theoretical reference for shortening product develop- ment time and reducing the product development cost in concurrent product development.
