摘要
以复杂装备"主制造商—核心供应商"二级供应链为对象,构建主制造商成本补贴下的Stackelberg博弈模型,研究主制造商最佳知识投入、最佳成本补贴和核心供应商的最佳知识投入,以及主制造商和核心供应商的信息集成能力、知识投入和主制造商给予的成本补贴的关系.结果表明:核心供应商的知识投入与主制造商给予的成本补贴成正比,主制造商的知识投入与成本补贴无关.主制造商对核心供应商成本补贴与自身信息集成能力成正比,与核心供应商信息集成能力成反比.主制造商的知识投入与自身信息集成能力成正比,与核心供应商无关.核心供应商知识投入与主制造商信息集成能力、核心供应商信息集成能力都成正比.并通过仿真验证了以上结论.
With the two-echelon supply chain of complex equipment consisting of mainManufacturer and core supplier as research object and building the Stackelberg game model under the cost subsidy of the main manufacturer,this paper deals with the best knowledge input of the main-manufacturer and core supplier,cost subsidy given by the main-manufacturer and the relationship between information integration ability,knowledge input and cost subsidy given by main-manufacturer in"Main-manufacturer—Core-Suppliers"collaborative development.The results showed that the knowledge input of the core supplier is proportional to the cost subsidy given by the main manufacturer,and there is no relation between the main manufacturer’s knowledge input and the cost subsidy.The main manufacturer’s cost subsidy to the core supplier is proportional to its own information integration ability,which is inverse proportion to the core supplier’s information integration ability.The knowledge input of the main manufacturer is directly proportional to its own information integration ability,which is independent of the core supplier.The core supplier’s knowledge input is proportional to the main manufacturer’s information integration ability and core supplier’s information integration ability.And the above conclusions are verified by simulation.
