摘要
采用现场调查方法,以湘、鄂、闽、粤和浙等地企事业单位93个团队为对象,应用多元回归方法探讨了员工建言对团队创造力的影响。研究发现:员工建言对团队创造力有显著的影响,交互记忆系统中的专长和信任维度在员工建言与团队创造力之间有部分中介作用,而知识共享则有完全中介效应,团队学习行为在员工建言对团队创造力作用中有正向调节效应。在两条作用路径中,团队学习行为越高,员工建言对交互记忆系统(知识共享)的积极作用越大,进而对团队创造力的影响越强。
This study collected data from provinces of Hubei,Hunan,Fujian,Guangdong and Zhejiang and got a sample of 93 work teams from enterprises and research institutions to explore how employee voice impact on team creativity using the multi -regression method.The results showed that voice behavior had a significant positive influence on team creativity.Specialization and credibility dimensions of the transactive memory system have a partial mediation between employee voice behavior and team creativity while team knowledge sharing has a full mediation role.In the two action paths,the higher the team learning behavior,the greater the positive effect of employee voice behavior on the interactive memory system (knowledge sharing),and the stronger the impact on team creativity.
