摘要 因手术、创伤、牙周疾病导致骨缺损和骨缺失的修复问题一直备受人们关注。临床骨修复及再生传统方法主要有,自体骨移植、异体骨移植、引导组织再生和牵张成骨术。这些方法存在操作复杂、损伤大、修复时间长等局限性,近年来,骨组织工程和再生医学为骨修复或者骨再生提供了新的治疗策略。间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cell,MSC）是干细胞家族的重要成员,来源于发育早期的中胚层,
