摘要
为筛选产油量高且油脂特性优良的种源,选择福建南平、建瓯、尤溪、安徽黄山和江西九江的乌桕种子作为供试材料,测定、比较不同种源乌桕种子形态、质量及油脂特性等指标差异。结果表明,安徽黄山与福建尤溪乌桕种子长、宽、厚、百粒重差异均不显著,但均显著大于其它3个种源;以石油醚作为提取剂,福建建瓯、安徽黄山乌桕种子油脂提取率分别为64.68%、63.78%,均显著大于其它3个种源。安徽黄山和福建南平乌桕种子在柴油水分、运动黏度等生物柴油理化特性指标中表现优良,福建建瓯则较差,但不同种源乌桕种子油脂特性指标均优于国家标准。不同种源乌桕种子形态质量与油脂特性的相关性分析结果表明,乌桕种子长宽比与含水率成显著负相关,而乌桕种子油脂特性中酸值与灰分存在显著正相关。安徽黄山乌桕种子在形态、质量和油脂特性指标表现均较优良,可作为生物柴油原料的备选种源。
In order to screen the source of high oil production and excellent oil characteristics, selecting the seeds of Sapium sebiferum from Nanping,Jian'ou and Youxi of Fujian Province, Huangshan of Anhui Province and Jiujiang of Jiangxi Province as the test materims, which measured and compared the differences including the shape, weight and oil characteristics of the seeds from different provenances. The results showed that there were no significant differences in seed length, width, thickness and the weight of one hundred seeds between the seeds from Huangshan of Anhui Province and Youxi of Fujian Province, but they were significantly higher than the other three provenances. With petroleum ether as the extractant, the seed oil extraction rate of Jianou of Fujian Province and Huangshan of Anhui Province was 64. 68% and 63.78% respectively, which was significantly higher than the other three provenances. The seeds from Anhui Huangshan and Fujian Nanping were excellent in bio-diesel characteristics such as diesel moisture and kinematic viscosity,while the seeds from Fujian Jian'ou were poor. However, the oil characteristics of the seeds from different provenances were better than the national standards. The correlation about quality and oil characteristics of the seeds from different provenance was analyzed ,which showed the length-width ratio of the seeds was significantly negative correlated with water content and the acid value of the Sapium sebiferum seed oil was significantly correlated with ash. The seeds from Huangshan of Anhui Province can be used as the alternative provenance of bio-diesel material because of its good performance in morphology,quality and oil characteristics.
