摘要
于2017-2019年在福建省龙海林下国有林场翻钟工区开展交趾黄檀19个家系的扦插苗造林比较试验,分析早期生长性状。结果表明:造林1.5 a时,扦插苗试验林平均造林保存率为98.83%,实生苗(对照)保存率为95.57%;家系扦插苗平均地径3.89 cm、平均树高2.62 m,不同家系扦插苗在地径、树高间都存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。家系扦插苗早期生长性状具有较高的遗传力,变化幅度在77.03%~89.40%,具有改良的潜力;与实生苗相比,地径、树高遗传增益明显,变化幅度分别达到33.86%~93.57%、62.51%~129.5%。对地径、树高进行隶属函数法综合分析,初步选择出生长表现较好的3个家系(2、13、15号)扦插苗,可以逐步在造林应用中推广。
From 2017 to 2019,the comparative afforestation experiment of cutting seedlings of 19 families of Dalbergia odorifera was carried out in Fanzhong Work Area of Longhai Forest State-owned Forest Farm in Fujian Province,and the early growth characteristics were analyzed,the results showed that the average survival rate of cutting seedling test forest was 98.83%,and that of control group was 95.57%;the average ground diameter and average height of cutting seedling were 3.89 cm and 2.62 m,respectively,and there were extremely significant differences in ground diameter and tree height among different cutting seedlings(P<0.01).The early growth traits of the cutting seedlings had high heritability,ranging from 77.3%~89.4%,and had potential for improvement.Compared with seedling,the genetic gains of ground diameter and tree height were 33.86%~93.57%and 62.51%~129.5%,respectively.Based on the comprehensive analysis of ground diameter and tree height by membership function method,three cutting seedlings 2,13 and 15 were selected preliminarily,which showed good growth performance and could be gradually popularized in afforestation application.
