摘要
从交趾黄檀(Dalbergia cochinchinensis)心材中分离得到10个化合物,经波谱数据分析鉴定为豆甾醇(1),紫檀芪(2),4-epicyptomeridiol(3),pterocarpol(4),7-epi-4-eudesmene-1β,11-diol(5),齐墩果酸(6),阿魏醛(7),异阿魏醛(8),1-(4'-hydroxy-2'-methoxyphenyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-propane(9),香草醛(10)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Ten compounds were isolated from the heartwood of Dalbergia cochinchinensis. On the basis of spectral analy- sis, their structures were elucidated as stigmasterol ( 1 ), pterostilbene (2) ,4-epicyptomeridiol (3), pterocarpol (4), 7- epi-4-eudesmene-1/3,11-diol ( 5 ), oleanolie acid ( 6 ), ferulaldehyde (7), isoferulaldehyde ( 8 ), 1-( 4'-hydroxy-2'-me- thoxyphenyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl) -propane ( 9 ), vanillin ( 10 ). All compoundswere isolated from this plant for the first time.
