低年资助产士在职规范化培训体验的现象学研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨低年资助产士在职规范化培训的过程体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,于2014年10月—2015年12月对18名复旦大学附属妇产科医院低年资助产士进行深入访谈,对访谈收集的资料进行阅读、分析、反思、分类、提炼,最终得出主题。结果低年资助产士参加在职规范化培训体验有3个主题:对助产士规范化培训的认可,助产士规范化培训收获颇多,多重压力感受。结论低年资助产士参加在职规范化培训过程获益的同时产生一定压力感,提示护理管理者和临床教育者在培训中应动态了解年轻助产士的培训效果和心理体验,因材施教,运用个性化培训模式落实助产士培训工作,并培养一批具有良好适应力的优秀助产士。 Objective To explore the process experiences of standardized training in the junior midwives. Methods Using the phenomenological research method, the data of in-depth interviews were collected from 18 junior midwives in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University during October 2014 to December 2015. The data were read, analyzed, reflected, classified, extracted to obtain the final themes. Results Three themes were extracted : the acceptance of training, benefiting from training, and multiple pressures. Conclusion Junior midwives have certain pressures except benefiting from the standardized training. The management team should recognize the impacts of training on junior midwives and their psychological status, provide individualized training, to improve the training effects.
