摘要
产妇在分娩过程中,会发生不同程度的会阴裂伤,初产妇以会阴Ⅰ度裂伤多见,会阴Ⅲ度和Ⅳ度裂伤少见,直肠扣眼裂伤则更为罕见。本科收治一例自然分娩后直肠扣眼裂伤患者,肛肠外科手术修补后,虽然经过产科护理团队积极配合,患者在修补术4天后仍发生了直肠阴道瘘。现将这一特殊案例进行报道,探讨如何汲取教训,避免再次发生类似案例。
Obstetric perineal lacerations of varying degrees usually occurs during delivery.Primiparas are common with first-degree perineal lacerations,third-and fourth-degree lacerations are rare,among which rectal buttonhole laceration is more rare.A case of rectal buttonhole laceration after natural delivery in our department is now reported.Despite the active cooperation of the obstetric nursing team after anorectal surgery repair,the patient still had rectal vaginal fistula at the fourth day after repair.This special case is reported to explore how to learn lessons and avoid similar cases from happening again.
