The Impact Study of Material Ratio on the Strength of Cemented Filling Body

摘要 为了研究固体物料配比对胶结充填体强度的影响,采用压力机对16种不同配比养护龄期28d的胶结充填体试件进行单轴压缩试验,使用引伸计测量了胶结充填体试件的应变,研究了胶结充填体试件单轴抗压强度与物料配比的关系以及试件在压缩过程中的应力应变关系。试验结果表明,灰砂比相同时,胶结剂中水泥含量越多的充填体单轴抗压强度越大;胶结剂成分相同时,胶结剂含量越多的充填体单轴抗压强度越大;胶结充填体的应力应变曲线分为5个阶段,分别是孔隙裂隙压密阶段、线弹性阶段、屈服阶段、应变软化阶段以及残余强度阶段。 To research the effect of solid material ratioon strength of cemented backfill body, Press machine was adopted to carry out uniaxial compression tests of cemented filling body samples with 16 different material ratios in 28 days of maintenance time. The strain of cemented filling body samples were measured by extensometer. The relationship between material ratio and the u- niaxial compressive strength of the cemented backfill body samples, and the stress-strain relation of samples during the uniaxial compression were studied.Thestudy results showed that the higher the cement content in the binder, the greater the uniaxial compressive strength of the backfill body when cement-sand ratio was the same, and the higher the content of binder, the grea- ter the uniaxial compressive strength of the backfill body when the ingredients o~ the cement were the same. The stress-strain curve of cemented filling body was divided into five stages, including pore crack compacting stage, linear elastic stage, yield stage, strain softening stage and residual strength stage.
