煤矸石球磨注浆材料流变性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 现阶段,国内以单一煤矸石材料实施球磨制浆后进行注浆充填研究较少,通过开展不同质量配比条件下的煤矸石球磨注浆材料流变性能试验研究。研究球磨煤矸石材料粒径分布及其料浆坍落度、泌水率、屈服应力等参数,得到适于注浆充填的最优的质量配比。研究结果表明,当煤矸石质量浓度达到68%~70%时,坍落度为27~28cm,泌水率为0.12%~0.28%,浆体黏度系数在2.75~4.89 Pa·s,屈服应力为564.66~946.45Pa,流动性较好,适宜泵送。 At present,there are few studies on grouting filling by grouting injection material which is ground by ball milling from single coal gangue in China,and the experimental study is done through on the rheological properties of grouting material which is ground by ball milling from coal gangue under different mass ratios.The particle size distribution of ball milled coal gangue and the parameters of slurry slump,bleeding rate and yield stress are studied,and the optimal quality ratio suitable for grouting filling is obtained.The results show that when the mass concentration of coal gangue reaches 68%~70%,the slump is 27~28cm,the bleeding rate is 0.12%~0.28%,the viscosity coefficient of slurry is 2.75~4.89 Pa·s,and the yield stress is 564.66~946.45Pa.It has good fluidity and it is suitable for pumping.
