摘要
采用微波消解处理槟榔样品,ICP-MS测定槟榔果皮、果肉及果核中的铁、铜、锌、锰等15种微量元素,并详细考察了样品消解及仪器的最佳测试条件。试验表明,该方法对槟榔样品中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr、Co、Ni、V、Mo、Cd、As、Pb、Al、Se和Tl的检出限分别为0.086,0.071,0.125,0.204,0.141,0.074,0.079,0.088,0.026,0.019,0.041,0.092,0.242,0.119和0.038 ng·m L^(-1),各元素测试相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)介于1.3%~6.1%,对样品进行3个浓度梯度的加标回收试验,回收率在89.1%~126.4%之间,表明该方法准确度、精密度均较好。从检测结果来看,Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn和As等元素在果皮中含量最高,Cr、Co、Ni和Se等元素在果肉中含量最高,Cd和Tl则主要聚集于果核。试验为槟榔各部位的营养价值及有害元素分析提供了一定的参考依据,具有积极意义。
The 15 trace elements such as iron, copper, zinc and manganese in peel, pulp and core of areca were determined by ICP-MS with microwave digestion, and the optimal instrument conditions and digestion conditions were investigated in detail. Experiments showed that the detection limit of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cr, Co, Ni, V, Mo, Cd, As, Pb, Al, Se and Tl in this method was 0.086, 0.071, 0.125, 0.204, 0.141, 0.074, 0.079, 0.088, 0.026, 0.019, 0.041, 0.092, 0.242, 0.119 and 0.038 ng·m L^(-1), respectively. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of this method was between 1.3% and 6.1%(n=6), the recoveries of 15 trace elements were 89.1%-126.4%. The results showed that this method had good accuracy and precision. From the test results, the contents of Cu, Zn, Mn and As were highest in the peel, and the contents of Cr, Co, Ni and Se were highest in the pulp, Cd and Tl were mainly gathered in the core. This experiment provided a certain reference for the analysis of the nutritional and harmful elements in the different parts of areca, and it had a positive significance.
